Small Group Sunset Experience in Acadia National Park

Join Registered Maine Guide Megan Leavitt for a sunset hike in Acadia National Park. This 2.1 mile moderate loop travels through forest and across rocky granite terrain to sweeping western views. We’ll pause at the sunset viewpoint to watch the sun disappear over the landscape, then descend together in a fading light.

Each experience lasts approximately 2 ½ hours, including time to slow down, take in the views, and enjoy the sunset.

Each hike is timed to arrive at the sunset viewpoint shortly before sunset, for a full viewing experience, followed by a leisurely, headlamp-assisted descent.
